Cancellation Policy

• Before Project Commencement:
• Clients can cancel their project request before work has started.
• A full refund will be issued if cancellation is made within 24 hours of payment.
• After Project Commencement:
• If the project has already started, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed.
• Cancellations after 50% completion of the project will not be eligible for a refund.
• For Monthly Services (e.g., Marketing, SEO, Maintenance):
• Clients must request cancellation at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
• No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
